Sparkle Time!

From the Title you can probably reach the conclusion that this chapter is something to do with Sparkles, if you are clever! :D Ah but what sparkles, I can tell you they belong to a certain Jerry Character! That is right he is now a Teenager! But first lets start with his actually day, after the first night in the new home life was good, Jerry had his own Computer and TV in his Room and was learning his writing skill he is now on Level 6/7, so the next morning was his birthday his last day of Elementary School, and what could be more embarrassing than this?

Yep, that is right, Daphne decided to grace the children and the slightly creepy bus driver with her self, not a good way for Jerry to go out in style... So after a pretty uneventful day of School and goodbyes and bla de bla, it was time for this!

And here is Jerry Character Heir of Generation Five as a Teenager, almost ready to take the fictitious Torch of Heirdom (Don't ask lol)

Added Hopeless Romantic to his Traits!

I thought he was a bit chubby so I sent him down to the new Gym with the MM to work out and gain a few skill points, he needs to stay fit if he is going to stay home and write books all day! He also liked this top as a Child so I got him the Teenage version of it for his Athletic Kit or whatever it is called! :P Oh and did I mention what his first wish was? Do the laundry...

Now for the Rest of the family!

Fred is still with us at 108 Days 18 days longer than he should be, I know that is mean but there is only one free space in the house with the Bots, talking of them they have done, ummm, nothing. Just invent, make, repair, upgrade all the usual a Handy Slave does! XD Tom is now Level 9 in Guitar and here he is in the new 'Fun' Room -

And now for the piece de resistance, Phillippe trying his hand at cooking, I bought an extra fire alarm just encase! Another reason you can see why he will fail is how he holds the mixing bowl...

Okay so I will start on that now and hopefully be done by Wednesday as I am going to France for a few days on Thurs, I will also upload the House and Family to the Sims 3 Exchange.

Fire Fighting with a dash of Inventing...

Well as you can guess from the title this chapter is about Fire Fighting and Inventing, so who are the two people this is about? Phillippe and Marta, Phillipe got promoted to Level 5 and a Fire Fighter then his best mission came along, a Big House Fire!!! So he had to put out all window fires and also rescue two Sims inside, after extinguishing the fires he broke the door down, he saw a baby girl and picked her up and ran outside, put it on the floor and went back in, there was still one more Sim... In here...

What is the woman more afraid of? The stranger in a yellow suit with a helmet who smashed her door with an axe or the Fire?

Anyway now on to the Inventing Part, Marta invented the Miner and it is currently down by the Gym because I forgot to get Marta to take it home but oh well! :) Here is the Miner -

A family trip and an ordinary day!

The Character family had not been on holiday for a long time, who can blame them, Fred and Lana had Six kids, imagine the souvenir costs! So they decided to pack up their bags and go for a family vacation in Shang Simla, it was an ordianry trip mainly for Fred as he was not going to be around for long, he is also part Chinese and had the Physical Perfection Life Time Want. So here is Shang Simla

The moment they got there Fred was off to the Scholars Garden to meditate like he used to in Shang Simla. Marta stayed behind as she would be a bit annoying anyway but oh well... This was a relaxing holiday and not an Adventuring excursion so they all did basically nothing! :) Even though Daphne is a very good looking Sim if I do say so myself! :P however some fat French man came and obviously noticed and so did Phillippe, and he saved the day!

All this was watched by Jerry who continued his writing, trying to improve for his future Life Time Want, the Illustrious Author. Tom was outside practising his Guitar skillz, for his Music Career, once he has maxed it he will move on to the women and then concentrate on his Career, when he has reached his LTW I will get him to have a baby and get him and his wife to move out into their own home.

Phillippe made a Nemis that day, and also won a couple of fights, well he would as he is maxed out in Athletic and Marshall Arts, he is also Brave so the Chances of him winning over the fat French Guy was very high! :D

And so the Family Returned home...

At Home:

I did some editing to the House, I added a Library and some steps in the House down to the Basement, the basement is now smaller as I sold a lot of the Gems and put the remaining ones in a Chest for safe keeping. Marta lives down there and her area has received a make over. The garden is what all you Americans or other nations call an 'English Garden' which is basically a big field with big trees and grass in! :) With a few flowers of course but I admit my own garden is a lot of grass with a few trees and a border so I guess that is similar. Wow I do ramble a bit! Upstairs has a balcony and has stayed the same though, here are some shots of the house followed by what has happened.

Okay since the family retuned home, Marta has made a Time Machine and sold it to get promoted to Inventing level 6. Phillippe made it to Level 5 of the Fire Fighter career, Daphne has been gardening and got the farmer challenge of 650 harvested goods, Tom and Jerry have been going to school and skilling for their future. So that is all that has happened oh and did I mention Fred is now 105 days old, some sims just don't know when to let go, I may moan now but I will probably be upset to see him go, he is very helpful after all, great with kids and board breaking! :)
