Lana is neat so cleans the house! They have lived the longest of all Character Family Members, Mikey and Agnes died around 90 and so did Dafy and Wu, but Fred and Lana at 95. Fred doesn't even have the Marathon Jgger which supposedly makes your sim live longer. It also helps having Elders around to look after babies because you might as well have someone on Baby Watch all day every hour!This short chapter is for Pam! 
Okay so where did I leave off, well Tom aged up into a child and is still in school as we speak, I am sorry but I can not remember his third trait as that was about a week ago, Jerry was taught all his skills and now has two days left to read all the painting skill books! Daphne is working, eating, sleeping and gardening. Fred and Lana are still around at 96 days old. Then I sold all the Gem collection which got us from 50,000 all the way to 300,000, I still have four tiberiums, the medium sized showcases we used the largest amount one sold for was 33,000! The family is going strong and definetly has the money!
